Access to your space

Add your email account to an iOS device (iPhone / iPad)

1.
Tap "Settings" / "Accounts"

Tap "Add Account"
Since you have your own custom email address, choose "Other"

Tap "Add Mail Account"

 

4.
Fill in all fields

Enter the incoming and outgoing server "Host Name", 'User Name" and "Password"

 

6.
Save your custom email address

 

7.
Tap "Settings" / "Mail" / "Accounts" again
Tap the newly created account
Tap the newly created account again (under "IMAP").

Tap "SMTP" and then tap the server:

Make sure SSL is selected and port = 587, tap "OK"

 Tap "Account"

Tap "Avanced" and make sure SSL is selected and port = 993

 Recommended Settings
Stay in the "Advanced" section like step 11 above. Under "Mailbox Behaviors", make sure "Sent Mailbox" and "Deleted Mailbox" uses standard behaviors so you can enjoy pure email synchronisation across your devices and sofware.
For Sent Mailbox, tap "Sent" under the "On the Server" section.
For Deleted Mailbox, tap "Trash" under the "On the Server" section.
